Stepping into this charming historic hotel in the heart of Healesville, I was immediately enchanted by its classic atmosphere and attention to detail. The shared bathrooms were a minor inconvenience, but the quality of the facilities and the lovely housekeeping more than made up for it. I appreciated the little touches like the complimentary toiletries and well-stocked tea and coffee facilities in the room.The hotel's central location was convenient for exploring the town, with easy parking adding to the convenience. The bar area was a cozy spot to enjoy a welcome drink and mingle with other guests. Despite the shared bathroom, the room's comfort and the impeccable housekeeping truly made for a relaxing stay.Whilst the lack of breakfast and shared bathrooms may give some pause, the value for the price paid cannot be ignored. The affordable room rates certainly make this hotel a sensible choice for budget-conscious travelers seeking a touch of historic luxury in Healesville.
